At Endyne, we strive to be actively involved in the communities we serve. We’ve hosted holiday food drives for local food shelves, sponsored student projects and provided drinking water disaster assistance during the aftermath of hurricane Katrina.
High school science projects have included such challenging projects as metals absorption by mushrooms to be used at waste remediation sites and biodegradability of shopping bag materials by oxygen demand under varying environments.
We volunteered supplies, services and technical assistance to Engineers Without Borders (EWB), both their professional and student chapters in Vermont, as they worked to provide safe drinking water and sanitation to a rural village in Nicaragua.
Endyne hires college age students as carefully supervised summer interns. Our intern program is designed to show students the many facets of the environmental laboratory work from wet chemistry to mass spectroscopy, all in a three month time span.
If you are a Sophomore or higher level college student and would like to apply for a summer internship at one of our three laboratories, please submit a resume and cover letter to info@endynelabs.com.
Endyne sometimes has positions for flexible part-time work. Contact the lab nearest you for more information.
We provide strongly discounted services and testing to local non-profits such as the River Watch program as well as students doing thesis work involving environmental monitoring. If you are a member of a local non-profit organization, a teacher, or a student performing thesis work and in need of environmental testing services, please contact us at info@endynelabs.com to discuss ways we can be of assistance.
