Mortgage Package – $85
Home buyers applying for a mortgage, FHA or VA loan may be required to test the water in the home they are purchasing. This package will satisfy most lender requirements.
Residential Testing Package – $175
This package provides a basic water quality screening or potability, anions, hardness and other chemical properties of residential drinking water.
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Package – $225
Road Salt Package – $245
This package is designed to test for surface water contamination from road salt.
Bacteriological Water Testing Package – $275
A full suite of microbiological screening for private drinking water.
Local Harvest Package – $360
This package is designed to test the source water used for the production of common homemade products such as cheese, wine, beer, jam, candy, or product canning.
UV Disinfection Package – $425
This package is designed to test properties of the water as they pertain to the installation of an ultraviolet light treatment system.
